How it Works
• Membership is FREE to all active CPA members
• You receive 5% off ALL regularly priced items you purchase from The Vitality™ Depot
• You receive advanced notice of upcoming sales, new products and other news that may benefit you
• The Canadian Physiotherapy Association receives a percentage from The Vitality Depot for every
qualified purchase. So you Save and your Association Earns!
How do I Start?
That depends on how you prefer to place your orders.
Ordering by Phone / Fax
If you prefer to order by phone, mention your CPA membership to any of our Customer Service representatives and they will update your account with the CPA promotion code and apply your 5% discount. We will need:
• The Member's name
• The Member's CPA membership number
• Your e-mail account
To order by fax, please assure the above information is included on the fax with a comment stating that you would like to take advantage of the CPA Rewards Program discount.
Ordering Online
• To see professional prices on our website, use login password DEPOT123
• Add the items you wish to purchase to cart and proceed to the check out window
• Fill in your billing information and then enter CPA123 in the Promotion Code section of the Check Out window
• Enter the Member's Name & CPA Membership # into the "Additional Comments" section
Please note, your 5% discount will not appear on the online order desk, it will be applied when the order is invoiced.
Are there any other conditions?
The 5% discount does not apply to items that are on sale, in special discounted packages or on services
To maintain your discount you will need to:
• Maintain your CPA Membership in good standing
• Maintain your Vitality Depot Account on good credit terms
• Keep your e-mail account on the "Opt In" notification list so that we can update you on changes to the
CPA Rewards Program, send you shipment tracking information and notify you of sales and new products
NOTE: We do not share our e-mail or other account information with third parties. All information you provide will be used expressly for the purposes above and to establish your account with us.
